Abstract

This article attempts to clarify the objectives of the Iranian cyber program, the efforts made to develop it, and the capabilities of this program while presenting models of Iranian cyberattacks on Western and Arab institutions and highlighting the actors conducting cyber campaigns inside and outside Iran.
